Is there sufficient data and information from multiple sources (in English) to make the project substantial? ? Relevant OB problems and issues must be identified for suitability ? From the preceding stage, identify a key organisational behaviour topic that is relevant for your case organisation ? Search electronic social science databases and relevant texts to identify potential academic articles (the more recent the better) ? For this assignment, a minimum of five academic articles must be identified and included in the literature review ? Use textbooks for a broader overview of the subject matter ? Literature regarding the organisation will also need to be undertaken in a systematic way ? All key ideas, problems, issues and concepts must be referenced ?
