Purpose of project part 2
The purpose of this part 2 of the team project is to help students become familiar with the application of operations and supply management principles learned in the course to specific organizational situations. Students will gain practical knowledge of operations and supply management issues facing real organizations and the various supply management tools, practices, and policies used to deal with them.
 

Submission

You must write a report where you answer the below questions and submit it through Blackboard (1 submission per group). In the report, you must include the following:

•  A cover page with a title, student names and student IDs.
•  A cover sheet, signed by all team members, outlining a clear, written indication of the contribution of each team member to the report, i.e., by student name, exact contribution of each member (percentage contribution). Please report any problems within the group as soon as possible.
•  A reference page at the end of the report with the articles & other material you used in order to answer the questions
• The report must be 8-12 pages including the cover and reference pages, written in Times New Roman font, size 12 with 1.5 line spacing
