Brief description

Having been identified by an NGB as a coach of high potential, your NGB would like you to work with developing athletes in their talent pathway. As part of your mentoring program, you are required to produce an end-of-season report for your coach mentor. The report must contain the following elements:-

a) Explain to your mentor which component ideas and theories from weeks 1-12 you are most/least confident with and why that is the case. 

b) Suggest an outline SMART action plan for the deepening of theoretical and applied knowledge and skills from part (b).
