Task: Topic: Smart Unmanned Level Crossing System in Indian Railways This assignment is an individual submission for each team member. However, to complete the assignment, a high level of communication, commitment, coordination and brainstorming is required within your team. Your team will engage in an engineering project with a client. Your client can be a company, industry, government or semi-government organization, or a person with an engineering problem. Thistask provides opportunitiesto enable you to work with real world problem and develop your professional competencies while working with project stakeholders and professionals. As an individual and amember of a Project Team, each of you have to perform a task (out of five listed in Table 1 in Section 3.0) and submit it as an individual submission. The task is described in detail in the following sections. Your team will maintain a professional communication protocol within your team, as well as with project stakeholders throughout. Your team hasselected a project from a range of topics and disciplinesrelated to Engineering. Your team will now work on this project to identify potential solutions and determine the ‘optimum’ solution by applying the fundamental principles of project management to the client. You need to work individually. The project plan is divided into five parts and each member of the team should work on one part according to the following table. Working on project, the team has to work within the project constraints as discussed in the week 2 lecture. The budget allocated for your project is AUD$ 100,000 to AUD$ 2,000,000. You need to determine the final budget by discussing with prominent stakeholders involved in your project. Based on the agreed budget the team will have to decide on the project scope, schedule and deliverables. +While discussing the project plan with your team members, you observe that your company/industry lacks of a particular equipment/skill that is important to complete your project. Due to shortage of time, your company now decides to outsource the part of work to a third party or a private vendor by allocating a budget of AUD $ 5000-20000. Therefore, the third  party or private vendor will act as the fifth member in your project. The third party or private vendor will work independently from others. Hence, it is required to provide a present breakdown of allocated budget, resources, milestones, deliverables and Gantt chart different from part 1- part 4.
