To do this, in Week 11's class, there will be an activity focused around developing SMART targets aligned to the SDGs which you may find useful. This is a similar activity to one we started earlier in semester. 
You must prepare at least 1 SMART target and proposed method of tracking performance for each of the environmental, social and local economic dimensions of sustainability. In your presentation, you must outline: 
• justification of how you arrived at those targets;

• what the targets are;

• how the organisation would measure them; and • what's in it for the senior managers to adopt your recommended targets.
