For this task you will develop a process for procurement for your recommended platform for the client. Talon Textile fasteners (TTF). TTF are a simulated company used for training. You can find more information on TTF and their requirements at www.talontextilefasteners.com.auThe Process for procurement_ is a document that addresses the following areas:
A process detailing the steps to follow for procurement.
How the recommendation links to the business requirements;
Any potential issues relating to the chosen product (i.e. limitations, additional costs, software installation pre-requisites and requirements etc);
A cost benefit analysis;
Identification and purpose of specific hardware requirements including peripheral devices;
Access to resources by all devices including configuration for access by mobile devices;
Pricing of software and hardware;
Lead-times’
Any other applicable information including accounting for contingency.
An acceptance signoff for your proposal including details of the person who will sign off, name, position, where they are in relation to the company structure. Etc.
This document should be minimum 500 words, and in size 12 font with single line spacing. Ensure you proof-read the document for spelling, grammar, etc. and that the language is appropriate for a business document.
