Shiko introduces Jenny to Joe, the CEO of the Alfoods PLC, and tells Joe that Jenny is his agent and will negotiate the sponsorship contract on his behalf. However, Joe did not know anything about Shiko s requirement that he (Shiko) could not be associated with meat-related products, as previously discussed with Jenny. Jenny finalizes the sponsorship contract which contains a clause that Shiko will appear in advertisements to promote Beef Sausages for Alfoods PLC. When Shiko notices this, he is furious and refuses to appear in the advertisements.
