Congratulations!  You have been selected to move forward in the interview process for the Analytic Consultant _ position with the Wells Fargo Customer Remediation Analytics Team.  As part of the interview process it is necessary to complete the included Case Study because a critical part of the position is to demonstrate the ability to analyze and interpret data and information.

The following expectations have been provided to complete this Case Study:

• You will have 3 business days to complete this Case Study; results must be emailed to those included on this email by [date and time].  If your results are not received by this date you will be removed from consideration.
• During the scheduled interview you will have 30 minutes to present your results and findings, followed by up to 30 minutes in which the interviewers may ask questions about your presentation and your findings. There will be some additional behavioral questions asked similar to those asked in the first interview.   
• Your results must be presented to Wells Fargo as a PDF document or a Microsoft Office compatible document (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).  Please limit your results file to no more than 10 Megabytes to ensure successful e-mail delivery.
• Please immediately advise the recruiter and/or interviewers of any obstacles with meeting these expectations.

Detailed task description You are a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant. A critical part of the job is to analyze large amounts of data and present that data to non-technical audiences.

Your task is to review and analyze the data sets provided and prepare a presentation that you will use to share your findings with the Senior Managers of a National Restaurant Franchise.

Context & additional information.

• Imagine that you work for a consulting firm and have been asked to assess a potential client-a national restaurant franchise.
