You work in a large hotel franchise. The organisation has run a recruitment drive for more  staff. 

You have been asked to make a 20-minute presentation to the new staff, as part of their  induction, about what they will need to know and how they can access the  information they need to work effectively in the industry sector. In doing this you must  source and present about current and emerging industry issues and trends using at least  three different information sources.  

What will you tell them? What topics will you cover and what information sources will  you suggest the new recruits access? 

Develop a set of presentation notes (that might include PowerPoint slides or other support  resources). List the information sources you have used to develop the presentation.

1.Consulting three different types of information, write report below detailing three of the most prevalent trends/issues in the hospitality industry. Include your own opinions on each trend.
