2. Develop a menu or meal plan for a 90-year-old woman in a nursing home who needs a high protein diet, state the types of foods and meals they should eat and the types of foods they should not eat, and state the reasons and benefits. Do a standard portion cost on at least one dish. 
3. Develop a menu or meal plan for an adolescent who is growing fast, state the types of foods and meals they should eat and the types of foods they should not eat, and state the reasons and benefits. Do a standard portion cost on at least one dish. 
4. Develop a menu or meal plan for a person of the Muslim faith. State the types of foods and meals they should eat and the types of foods they should not eat and state the reasons and benefits. Do a standard portion cost on at least one dish.
