Be observed presenting customer products to 3 different customers in an industry setting. The selling activities must involve answering questions from each customer in regards to their enquiry.

Option 2: Role Play Instructions:

Using the information you have researched in Assessment 2, Portfolio, present your customer products to students in your class in form of role plays. Write a script for your role plays and collect brochures, facts and visual aids needed to sell tourism products to your customers.
