Report Writing Assignment:

Task: Task 1 Using the capabilities and functions of roster software Microsoft excel along with relevant computer equipment, develop and present the restaurant roster for the week ending Monday 20th Nov – Sunday 26th Nov 20xx ensuring clarity of information,  according to organisational standards, including abiding by relevant Hospitality Industry General Award agreements, staff considerations and within the wage budget of no more than 30%. Task 2 Since rostering has such an impact on establishment costs and therefore profitability, it is essential that you can do this well. To demonstrate the extent of your ability, you will create a roster documentation in the format of a report which will have the  inclusions listed below. The report will be created using the Café B Report Template found on Student L Drive. This template contains headings and format that are required in a formal report.
