Read the Case Study and explain:
1.The employer’s responsibility under The Model WHS Act.
2.The employee’s responsibility under The Model WHS Act.

Look at your current place of work or if you are not working in a hospitality situation, you may choose a previous employer or choose a five-star hotel as the basis of your example.

Part 1: Explain what work groups are in place or you would recommend putting in place. 
State your reasons for these workgroups.

Part 2: Who is on the Work Health and Safety committee or who would you recommend sitting on that committee? Refer to your state-based legislation for specific rules regarding the makeup of a WH&S committee in your state.

For the two hazards previously identified, explain how the control measures would be monitored .

1.Go to the Worksafe or WorkCover website in Victoria.
2.Find the pages on approved training providers and the courses they offer.
3.Briefly describe three training courses.  Information should include details of the training provider (name & location), name of course, start date, duration of course, costs.  
4.Present this as a report.
