The following additional information is relevant at 31 March 2019:

1. Retained earnings on 1 April 2018 amounted to R9 650 000
2. Share capital on 1 April 2018 of R16 500 000 consisted of 1 500 000 Class A shares issued at incorporation at R11.00 each. An additional 500 000 Class A shares were issued on 1 February 2019 at R12 each (see note 6 below).
3. Profit before tax amounted to R5 280 000 for the year ended 31 March 2019.
