Once your group has determined the tool that it is going to explore, one representative  from the group should indicate the topic in the Wiki Post Topic Selection database in the  Assessment: Wiki Post module.  

Once you have selected its topics, the group should address the following prompts with regard to  your tool:

c. Are there particular contexts that the tool/method/skill is used?

e. What is the group’s assessment of your tool/method/skill effectiveness in ensuring patient  safety?

Your wiki post should meet the following criteria: 

• Include your response to the above prompts in the Quality Improvement Tools Wiki on the  eLearning site. 

• Length should be a maximum of 1000 words. 

• Citations and references should be in UOW Harvard.
