This is not a normal situation and  it will need an extraordinary action to come out of it. 

Background 

You are collecting data and writing a report to map how different stakeholders are  contributing towards the wellness of the society either by participating in Social  Responsibility activities or via some online campaigns. These initiatives are also helping to  reduce the massive impact of COVID-19.

Your task : 

You will need to: 

1. Conduct some background reading on the Social Responsibility of different sectors of  society. This will include at least five research papers which need to be sent as an  attachment along with your report. 

2. Prepare a questionnaire of about 15 – 20 questions and collect data from 50  respondents (not including your batch mates and preferably out of your organization)  through a Google form and map the following details : 

? Demographic details of the respondent 

? Awareness about the CSR activities initiated by the Respondent’s  Organisation 

? Work done by Respondent’s Organisation towards mental wellness of the  employees 

? Was Work from Home option provided? 

? Work done by Respondent’s Organisation towards providing financial  security 

? Work done by Respondent’s Organisation towards providing support to small  businesses depending on them or hourly workers 

? You need to capture some data about the respondent such as use of technology  to communicate with rest of the world, support provided by manager, whether  respondent is taking proper care like using of mask and sanitizers also capture  some dilemma’s they have faced while working from home. 

? Also please collect the information if respondent have done some social work. 

3. Prepare a detailed report by using all the above information collected by you and  attach your questionnaire in the annexure. The link of your Google form needs to be  sent to x.x.x.x as well.
