Here is some possible topic I’ve been looking at feel free to pick one: 1) Abuse of people with disabilities = legal issue 2) Child abuse and neglect = legal issue 3) Elder abuse = legal issue 4) Aboriginal rights in criminal law = law 5) Prostitution = law Be sure to read and cite the legislation, government documents, etc. (look at what the law says, not just what a book or article says about it) as well as who is impacted by the legal issue or program, and how the issue or program is relevant for social work practice. 2a. The outline (8% of final grade) will identify your topic, show the main and subheadings, and identify some of your proposed reference materials. It is a way to begin organizing your thoughts and ensuring you are able to find adequate resources. Please limit your outline to no more than two pages. Outlines received later than 11:55 pm will automatically be deducted 5%, with another 5% being deducted for every additional day late. Could I Please get the outline done by April 8 and the rest of the paper completed by April 18, 2019. 2b. The term paper (30% of final grade) will be 8- 10 pages in length (excluding title page and references). The paper should be written with headings and sub-headings. Use of proper grammar and spelling is expected. The paper must be typed, formatted in APA style, and submitted electronically through UR Courses, using Turnitin. The attached marking rubric (Appendix I) will be used for written assignments (Term Paper and Analytic Journal). Term papers are due at 11:55 pm on Thursday, April 18. No exceptions will be made unless in the case of a documented medical issue or emergency.
