Research Project Assignment

Question : Social workers refer people to wrong areas for example public advocates just because they couldn’t assist. So social workers should do more research in what public advocates actually are doing, what their jobs are and what they can actually assist people with. If clients are always referred to wrong departments this makes them even more frustrated and stressed. Also why would a Social worker be useful at and aged care advocacy center? And how useful would they be.
