3. A set of initial requirements for the system (document A).
4. A document describing some changes that have been made to the system (document B).
5. An ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), HCT Logical Model describing the database tables, relationships, and fields for the system described in document B.

Instructions

1. Run the SQL script in SQL server by following the instructions. This will set up the database and add appropriate data to the database.
2. Read the requirements documents that describe the system.
a. Document A describes the system in detail. These functions have been implemented and tested and are assumed to be correct.
b. Document B describes changes that have recently been made to the system described in document A. These changes have not been tested and could contain errors.

3. Write out the requirements for the current system (as described in document B) as business rules e.g. as simple sentences. Number each business rule.
4. Set up a test plan suitable for testing each business rule.

5. Run the tests and record the results. Annotate any tests that fail and describe the actions that need to be taken to fix the error. Note that this phase should require 30 or less tests to test the changes to the system.
6. Summarise the errors the developer must fix.
