Employee Net Pay Calculator: Write a java console or GUI based program to calculate and print the annual net pay for a resident in Australia.
The net pay of an employee is calculated after deducting the following:

2- The Medicare levy of 2%, this levy is payable at a rate of 2% for taxable income over $18,200(i.e. if the income between 0 - $18,200 this levy = 0).
According to the above deductions:

• If the number is either 7, 8, or 9, the month is in the third quarter.
