Mr. Utkarsh is the CEO of ABC Robotics. He is an innovator and a multi-billionaire living in
Bangalore. He is always passionate about building new tech and using them to solve real-life
problems. Recently while travelling from Indiranagar to Sarjapur he had to wait for more than 2
hours in a traffic jam, which got him thinking about building a cool new product that would solve
this problem. That is when he came up with an idea of a Solar powered jetpack that would help
people fly past traffic and pollution.
After reaching back to his office, he called his secretary to take notes about the basic idea that he
had of the product and a few criteria and product specifications that he had decided during his
journey. He then asked her to circulate this around the office to see if any employee can come up
with an innovative business plan that would meet his basic requirements and also suggest
improvements to the existing idea.

Product overview: The Joy Jet is a jet pack for individuals where they can use it to move around
places and avoid the dreaded traffic jams. As an environmentally aware citizen, he needs a
vehicle to minimize the carbon footprint and focus on renewable energy (preferably solar) to
power the product. This being said, the utilization of the product should not be subject to the
availability of solar power at all times and the customers should be able to use it even in the
absence of sunlight. The mechanism to create the propulsion system is subject to innovation but
at the same time safety is paramount.
