Adelina turned 16 years old on 1 October and has nearly completed Year 10 in Fiji. She intends to finish Year 10 online. Adelina is still in Fiji and has never been to Australia. 
Given the circumstances, what is Adelina's best visa option? Explain, by reference to the legislation why you would recommend this subclass and stream over other possibilities? Explain by reference to the legislation what conditions will be imposed on her visa.

Adelina has now been granted a temporary visa, with Condition 8503 imposed. 
After arriving in Australia, Adelina participated in an amateur tennis tournament. She was "scouted" by a teacher from St Teresa of Los Andes School for Girls (STLASG) in Collingwood, who was impressed with her game. STLASG has offered Adelina a place in Years 11 and 12 for 2022 and 2023, on a tennis scholarship, contingent on her obtaining an "appropriate Australian visa". 

Advise Sonia and Adelina whether Adelina can take up the offer. Your advice should include the following:
