Choose one of the following marginalised communities:

• LGBTQI+ communities 
• Indigenous communities 
• CALD communities
• People living with disabilities. 

Research an advocacy group or legal centre that works to support this community. Find their website and consider following them on twitter or instagram.

Using the advocacy group as a starting point only find out:

• Some basic data on your chosen community. (see also Human Rights Commission or ABS)
• What are the biggest challenges facing this community? 
• What laws protect these people from vilification on the basis of their difference?
• To what extent do these laws achieve their aim in reality?
• What more could be done to support the human rights and well-being of these people?

Include at least two academic references to support your ideas and analysis. References must be cited using the APA 7 style of referencing.
