Critically discuss a recent judgment (handed down after 1 May 2022) that deals with an individual labour law matter in South Africa. The judgment should represent an influential contribution to the individual labour law field, such as confirming or departing from existing legal principles or showing a new application of an existing legal principle. You may choose any appropriate judgment. It may be, for example, a CCMA award or a Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal or Constitutional Court judgment - as long as it deals with an individual labour law topic. identifying a case that represent an influential contribution to field is part of the assignment. The case discussion should be about words (including references).
