Select a space system, subsystem, or aspect of a space system that has flown or will fly in space within the next 5 years and explain in a short case study report how the mission and the associated requirements shaped design of the space system.

Your case study should cover three areas and be focused around item 2.

1. The mission and the mission requirements. What was the objective of the mission? What where the motivations behind this objective? What requirements flowed down from this objective?

2. How did the mission requirements influence the design of the space system, subsystem, or aspect of a space system? (This is the main focus of this assessment.)

3. How did the system perform when the system was put into use? (You should discuss the performance in the context of the mission and design process, not just list some outcomes.)

You should introduce you reader to the topics discussed, ensure they know the objectives of the document you are writing and provide a closing summary or conclusions. An abstract is not required.
