Keep in mind, this is not about determining the "right" or "wrong" way to adjust to the needs of exceptional learners, but rather discerning that there may be more than one way to be successful. Write a journal entry of 250-500 words and explain what you learned through these two conversations (please include brief details of the situation being discussed leaving out any specific identifying information of individuals involved). Questions to consider include:

1. How are the answers of the two "consultants" different? The same? Does this mean one is better than the other?

2. Would you have handled things differently in light of what you learned from your consultants? Why or why not?

3. What strategies or considerations might you take away from your conversations with these two consultants? Did you learn of any tools or tips you might not have considered before?
