• Price: calculate the cost of the promotion and the expected sales of the promotion NOTE: See separate posted sheet “How to calculate cost, revenue of your promotion”

• Expected outcome of the successful promotion (increase in sales, increase of new clients, increase in client retention, enhancement impact of employee product knowledge, client appreciation etc.) Must include the number of new clients and number of regular clients, and the total profit from the promotion.
