Domenic Caccamo – Performed the initial analysis of the chosen building individually. Going forward Mene will be assisting in the final submission with him due to the workload. Mene Ferendinos – Organise team charter, formatting, submission and the scope Sahib Singh – First half of introduction to high rise buildings; questions 1 & 2. Will Hamilton – Second half of introduction to high rise buildings; questions 3 & 4.

DESCRIPTION OF COMMUNICATIONS & COLLABORATION
Communications were all undertaken online. When urgently required communications were done with ease and allowed for easiness in terms of cooperation. All group members listed came together to submit and had all works completed in a timely manner. Going forward it would be ideal to have at least one zoom meeting per week leading up to final submission to ensure the highest possible quality of information and final submission

SCOPE
The structure of the final report will cover all of the relevant and required information. We will divide the required tasks amongst the four of us and will have two people doing the site characteristics and substructure sections. The primary structural systems and enclosure of the building will be analysed by the remaining two contributors as well as the roof system. The remaining tasks will be divided in a way to share the load in a fair and manageable manner. The introduction and administrative side will be completed in the majority of this report and will therefore carry over to the final submission. Assessing materials and construction methodologies will be easily completed during in depth analysis taken into the primary structure and substructure. As well as the analysis of energy management methods and innovative technology analyses. The conclusion will be completed via group discussion ending with a collaborative snapshot of our group’s opinions and understandings.
