1. You are a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a one of the biggest recruiting firms in the country. You have just been given a project to lead for a public-private owned aviation firm.

2. You are an HR manager for a tea company in Assam. Complaints about the working conditions in a tea factory have been made by few workers to an international freelancer journalist. It is your job to resolve it.

3. You are in-charge of introducing an automated system in a pharmaceutical warehouse to increase efficiency. However, this threatened the jobs of the warehouse workers. One of warehouse to be automated was plagued by sabotage, with inventory damaged by workers and orders going unfilled. The company bore a huge loss. It is your role to soften the blow in this situation.

4. There has been a massive reshuffling of roles and positions in your organisation, across all departments. As part of the core Talent Management team, you are to lead it for the IT department.
