Produce a short synopsis that outlines the techniques that can be used, both digitally and manually, for the production of accurate quantities for the project. The critique should evaluate in critical terms the relationship between the technique and accuracy.

2) Normally construction projects’ quantities are produced to an agreed format. This format is termed a ‘Rule of Measurement’ and in H. K. this is produced by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Local rules of measurement being existed that must be honoured in the territory where the project is going to be built.

3) Produce a bills of quantities, using an industry standard format, for the items taken off above. This should be word processed and, in the format, following the rule of measurement.
