This Strategic Plan will provide sufficient information and detail to allow an Event Manager to effectively plan and execute the chosen event (Chozen's Sadza Night Charity Event).The goal of the event is to officially launch and raise money for the Chozen Foundation charity by hosting a sadza, drinks, and games fundraiser on Sunday, January 16, 2022 from 4-10pm at Community Hub at the Dock, targeting towards Melbourne's Zimbabwean community.

Chozen Foundation is a recently founded charity in Melbourne whose main mission is to provide a bridge of hope and care to poor children in Zimbabwe by accepting both monetary and practical donations. This event charity's stated purpose is to develop an event that will "bring Zimbabwe to Melbourne." The goal is to hold an event that will celebrate Zimbabwean culture and custom through food and music, hence the name "Chozen's Sadza Night Charity Event."
