Objective: Mission and Vision of any organization be it a small business or a big chain of Hotels to achieve " One has to do Up Manship over its rivals to evade razor-sharp competition with cutting-edge differentiation of its offerings/products/services/deliveries etc as the case may be.
POINT 2:
VRIO may be an extension of SWOT analysis to a great extent, the prime objective of SWOT analysis of any organization is to establish a proven management framework for superlative branding of its benchmark performance with profit earning business w.r.t its competitors and equitable industry.
