The contractor has not made any mistakes and has been consistent in delivering the terms of the contractual agreement.

Consider the optimum standard form of contract and contractual arrangement adopted for this project, analyze the clauses covering default in payment. The contractor needs your advice on the best ADR approach based on your knowledge.  You are expected to create reasonable assumptions where necessary in addition to this scenario.
