THE BRIEF 

You are to create 12 images for an Instagram grid based on one of the themes below. These images will appear consecutively in the feed, so you must consider not only the individual images themselves, but also how they will appear in relation to the other images, particularly in the Instagram grid (see Figure 4). 

You must MOOSE ONE of the following design movements as the theme for the final Instagram grid: e Surrealism e Kitsch igsces Pulp Fiction e Glitch 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION  

1. You must not ropoat a, principles in your final Instagram grid. Choose 12 out of the 13 principles to feature in the grid.

2. You must Include annotation, to explain the thinking behind each image in your research, ideation, development, and refinement. A guide to annotating your work can be found on page 19.

3. All images must be created bv vou (except in the RESEARCH section - see point 6).

4. You multi. copy, trace, screenshot, or use images (or parts of images) that have been created by another person (except in the RESEARCH section - see point 6). This includes concepts. layouts, logos, etc.

5. You must.. use images you have created in another course or unit.

6. You may only use images created by others in the RESEARCH section. However, if you use any images that are not your own in the RESEARCH section these must be properly referenced. , You may use fonts containing letters and numbers, but you must not use fonts that contain logos or imagery copied from existing designs (e.g. line drawings, company logos, etc.).
