Reconfiguring the drawings with a total of at least 55 EBD principles - After analysing at least 35 sustainable design features or principles clearly implemented in the development and identifying the ones that need improvement, your team will develop a new set of drawings. In these new drawings, your team will reconfigure the overall site layout to produce an improved sustainable design for the site and detail one or two specific units. At this stage, your team will decide which of the previous features needing improvement will be represented at the site or unit levels (think wisely!). You need to incorporate a range of Environmentally Sustainable Design elements into the fabric, layout of the unit and its services.
