Consequently, to complete this task the key is to think strategically and begin to consider what the organization (your choice of organization) could be in 10 years’ time.  Note, the intent is that your strategy will enable your chosen organization to become an exemplar, in effect a tool for sustainable outcomes.  Thus, this is about the purpose of the organisation and how it conducts itself.  In completing this task, you should be able to leverage off assignments 1 and 2.   
Obviously as one individual writing a strategy for the whole organization is a big ask, but you need to consider that you will write the key steps, the foundation stones of the change, thus you need to find the right balance between brevity and depth.

i) At least one week prior to submission (by Monday 17 August 5.00pm), share a Tweet like summary of your work with the class in MS Teams in the appropriate
channel (Assessment 3 channel). This summary should be about your organisations and your key strategies, thoughts or questions you have at that stage. Also, it should include a small summary, with appropriate links, of two leading companies that are inspiring you. You should offer one or two sentences about why you have chosen those organisations. 
ii) Provide feedback to at least two colleagues on their tweet like summary, in MS Teams.
