Sustainable Development Report Structure
This assignment aims to test students’ ability to analyse the reasons why developers aim to implement sustainable practices when completing their projects. How sustainability are incorporated into the design, construction and completion of the developments and how these enhanced the value/income of such development. What are the drivers for sustainable development and what are the impacts of such development to the property industry in general.
The following will help you to plan your report and provide guidance on the lay-out of the report. You can use similar headings if they are relevant to the development chosen.
