TASK 1- QUESTIONNAIRE
1.0 COMPREHENSIVE STATUS EVALUATION PLAN
Objective: What is the purpose of the network? Is this accomplished? Over time has it changed? What more are the network members' other goals (Göbel & Cronholm, 2016)?
Worth proposals: Who are the participants participating in the network? What are the members' main reasons? How well do participants believe that participation in the network fulfils their value proposals?
Membership and commitment: who was drawn to the network and who did not want it?
Connectivity of the Network: What are participants' relations? What has been set up in reciprocity and trust? How are the representatives translated?
Alignment of the network: How well are the network members committed to the proposals, priorities, policies, principles and other guidance documents?
Network production: how connectivity and coordination the network has generated shared content (Venable, Pries-Heje, & Baskerville, 2016).
Governance: Does the decision-making process of the network make members? Does it work effectively?
Economic model: what is the shift of demand in markets and other network operational contexts (Venable, Pries-Heje, & Baskerville, 2016).
Operations: How much do members benefit from the network through collaboration and connectivity between the members, access to common tools, leadership of the working group and learning?
Strategic communication: How is the Network positioned to accomplish its aims with external publics and partners (Göbel & Cronholm, 2016).
Impacts: How the network can assess its effect in achieving its targets and priorities.

1.1 IMPORTANCE OF SYSTEM EVALUATION
Evaluation provides a systemic tool for studying a curriculum, procedure, action or project to understand how effectively its aims are accomplished. Assessment seeks to assess the positive workings of a programme or project and what should be changed. System assessment is a mechanism by which the efficiency of a full system can be measured to determine if it can function under live market conditions (Alturki, Gable, & Bandara, 2013).
The development and execution of such an appraisal method has many advantages, including to better consider the needs of the target group and how they can satisfy them. The evaluation clarifies the finding. It allows one to consider the intended effects of leadership growth and track them better (Alturki, Gable, & Bandara, 2013). Assessment relies on promoting continuing learning. The assessment process has an effect on future actions and choices. Evaluation techniques, effects, consequence and summative appraisal are the key forms. It must assess if the project is working accordingly and meeting the target audience before it can evaluate the success of the project (Venable, Pries-Heje, & Baskerville, 2016). They provide a way of observing a curriculum, procedure, action or project in order to learn how well they are meeting their objectives (Cronholm & Göbel, 2015. Evaluation helps to decide how effectively a programme or project performs, and what can be changed.

1.2 STATUS EVALUATION
The present status communications encourage consumers to have ownership of the system, take suitable steps to accomplish their objectives and eventually trust the brand (Vargo & Lusch, 2016). The system visibility refers to how often the system state is communicated to its customers. Ideally, programmes should still keep consumers aware about what happens in a short period. If we understand the status of the system, we may rely on the system in all situations to function as planned (Cronholm & Göbel, 2015). The interaction's predictability not only increases trust in the mechanics of the website or app but also in the brand itself. Pages and applications should explicitly warn users about the status of the device without users being told, and the implications should not be taken. A clear communication of the state of the new system would be a safer way to create trust.

1.3 BENEFITS OF STATUS EVALUATION PLAN
The status appraisal plan applies to topics related to goals, supports, service applications and evaluation funding, and provides new employees with information. An appraisal strategy will also allow stakeholders to build a concrete timetable when the programme is ready for assessment. Assessment is a process which reviews a programme critically (Kulakovskyi, Mesnil, Chapuis, d’Almeida, & Lhémery, 2021). It specialises of gathering and reviewing information on the operations, features and outcomes of a programme. It helps to analyse the programme in order to increase its performance and guide programme decisions. No matter where the money comes from, the programme administrators everywhere face more pressure to prove the success of their programme (Zhang, 2022). And its ought to do it using scientific techniques, not with stories of others who have gained. Funders require statistics and other hard facts to support a service being extended or improved. One of the key advantages of the assessment programme is that it offers valuable evidence to enhance the programme. The data obtained will show that the initiative has been fully implemented and if it achieves its aims and targets. It is a method that reviews a software objectively (Chen, Lii, Li, & Yu, 2020). It specialises of gathering and reviewing information on the operations, features and outcomes of a programme. Assessment may be considered as a sequence of similar tasks and the assessment process involves four major phases - preparation, growth, execution, and then progress (Zhang, 2022).

TASK 2- PRACTICAL
2.0 RESEARCH
In the estimation of a benchmark, a software is used to measure the relative performance of an entity, usually by a series of basic checks and tests.

2.1 Real program
Word processing software
Tool software of CAD
User’s application software

2.2 Kernel
Contains key codes
Normally abstracted from actual program
Popular kernel: livermore loop
LINPAC benchmark
Results are published in Mflop/s
