Assignment Task

This Coursework task requires you to plan, conduct and review an internal self-audit on ONE of your organisation’s training programs CPR – First Aid. It includes three parts:

  • Part One: Preparing for the Review
  • Part Two: Conducting the Review
  • Part Three: Reporting the Findings

Important

  • The consultation and review that occur throughout your evaluation must be observed by a qualified observer who:

o Possesses the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as a minimum, or hold equivalent and or higher level competencies?

o In the past 18 - 24 months, has been responsible for undertaking the tasks outlined in this Unit of Competency or responsible for directly supervising/managing those who do?

What else can you tell me that will help me to understand what I need to do?

The Standards for RTOs outline what we need to be doing to ensure that our training programs uphold the integrity of the national training framework.

You are now required to conduct an audit on any ONE of your organisation’s training programs.
