1. Review and document the effectiveness of the existing training and assessment practices.

Trainer 1
Following are the areas where the training needs improvement.
1.The trainer was using a powerpoint presentation to deliver the training and reading from it word for word.
2.The learners were disengaged and not interested in the training session.
3 More than half of the learners were looking at their phones and making regular trips to the bathroom.
4.You also noticed that in a six hour training session, there was only a half hour lunch break
5.trainer went through 550 slides on the one day without any activities or much interaction in between with the students.
6.There was a lot of text on the slides and not much graphics
7. Trainer was not asking any questions or engaging the students at any point.

Trainer 2
Following are the areas where the training needs improvement:
1. Trainer jumped between topics quite a bit and did not follow a session plan.
2.The information was confusing and students don’t seem to be following.
3.At one stage the trainer went completely off topic and the information is irrelevant to the unit being studied. This led to a debate between students about politics and the environment which was completely off topic
4. The Trainer allowed this debate to go on for almost an hour and even joined in on the debate
5. Valuable learning time was lost and there was no focus on the unit of study.
