• Consider what their growth and expansion was due to and how they used their ‘Talent Management’ to accommodate the growth.
• Examine how they approached their key HRM functions to facilitate the increase in demand or the growth.
• Consider if there were global considerations for the business to take into account when reviewing their HRM function and roles and analyse how this impacted the firm’s overall strategy to be delivered by their people.
