They checked Gavin’s myki, which was valid. The PSOs did not stop any other passengers on the train. They continued to watch Gavin for the rest of his journey. Gavin got off the train at his regular stop, and the PCOs also got off the train. Gavin went to unlock his bike chain so that he could ride home but for some reason was struggling with it. The PSOs arrested Gavin and called the police.
