Many education institutions maintain an alumni system and support external distributed alumni groups, They also maintain engagement with sponsors of different kinds ofuniversity activities. An example of this kind of arrangement is discussed at https://atmc.vuimn.org.au/course/view.php?id=2 (log in with guest key ATMCSBC) There can be overlap in long-established institutions where the alumni also sponsor activities ATMC Champions Network combines these by bringing together networks of past students and host organisations, sharing news through blogs, keeping track of everybody and organizing event In this Software Engineering project the team will identify current engagement practices and sources of data, Then identify a to-be operational arrangement using the service blueprinting technique that the client has used on multiple projects. This will be done in conjunction with an Enterprise Systems team. A business process and necessary IT support
tools will be identified. The ATMC Champions Network system is required to interface WIL, HR and marketing functions, and to be accessed via the ATMC website. The Software Engineering Team will develop required software, building on open source software as required (e.g. supporting
events management) a configuration management and maintenance manual, and a user manual.
