• The 'document' known as the Architectural Primer must be formatted using Adobe InDesign.
• The document must reflect attention to detail in overall formatting, use of text, layout of images and quality of presentation.
• All weekly deliverables should be laid out to create a visually compelling composition of your research and visualisation activities. Care and attention should be paid to the formatting of your material to provide a cohesive overview of each theme included.
• Each section must have a title and short explanation of its contents.
• The cover page must display the subject name, your name and the year.
• There should be a controlled use of colour. Black and white with one or two colours is usually an excellent decision.
• There should be no added graphics other than the drawings and text. Patterns and decorations on the page layouts are banned.
• Use only one font - with variations, bold, light, medium, italic.
• Use only four distinct font sizes - 14pt for major headings, 12pt for subheadings, 'Opt for main body text and 8pt for captions (this is a guide) o Images must be of high quality - i.e. no pixellated or distorted images or text
