1. You are working in a technical support company for a corporation. Your boss has been wondering if he should allow users to have administrative or standard account privileges. He wants you to research this using Windows Help and Support and the Internet and create a summary for him to use in making his decision. Describe the account types and then list some of the advantages and disadvantages of each. Finally, tell which accounts you would create and explain why.

2. Using the data files found in the Resources section for this week (don’t forget to extract the folder before completing this task), complete the following steps for Rossini Catering. When you have finished, zip the folder that everything is saved in and upload for marking.

a. In the Case 1 folder provided, create three folders: Classes, Menus, and Photos.

b. Move the Menu-Fall, Menu-Spring, Menu-Summer, and Menu-Winter files from the Case 1 folder to the Menus folder.

c. Rename the four files in the Menus folder to remove Menu- from each name.

d. Move the four JPEG files from the Case 1 folder to the Photos folder.

e. Copy the remaining two files to the Classes folder. Also copy Ingredients and Classes files to the Menus folder.

f. Delete the Classes and Ingredients files from the Case 1 folder.

g. Open the Recycle Bin folder by double-clicking the Recycle Bin icon, and then complete the following steps:

h. Sort the contents of the Recycle Bin by filename in descending order.

i. Filter the files by their deletion date to display only the files you deleted today. (Hint: If you deleted files from the Case 1 folder on a different date, click that date on the calendar.)

j. Do the Classes and Ingredients files appear in the Recycle Bin folder? Explain why or why not.

k. Remove the filter, and then close the Recycle Bin window. l. Make a copy of the Photos folder in the Case 1 folder. The name of the duplicate folder appears as Photos-Copy. Rename the Photos-Copy folder as Web Ads.

m. Locate and copy the Fruit Photo file to the Classes folder. Rename this file Green Grapes.

n. Find a file in the Case 1 subfolders that contains the text Fruit plate. Copy this file to the Classes folder and rename it Sample Menu.

o. Send one copy of each graphic file from the Web Ads folder to a new compresses folder named Illustrations, and then move the zipped Illustrations folder to the Case 1 folder.

p. Close all of the windows and zip the Case 1 folder.

q. Place the zipped Case 1 folder, together with your typed up answers for question 1 and the Task 2-part g question into another folder named firstname_lastname_WIN10-2 that you will zip. Upload this zipped folder as your assignment.
