? Yor are required to choose one written text from any genre and one visual text that are linked thematically. You are then to complete an analysis in the form of a poster. ? Your analysis should include:

•  Your interpretation of your chosen texts
• What you think they mean and why it is important
• Discussion on possible themes.
• How the two texts are linked

? You will need to argue and provided evidence as to why the two texts are linked ? Specific references to both texts are required ? You will need to use appropriate sources that are referenced ? Texts presented in class or used for previous assignments cannot be used. Question: What is the role of text and reading in understanding the world?This is not simply a reflection of your own thoughts, but requires research so that you can consider thisquestion from an academic point of view.
