Considering the unit content (including the good life, the anti-bias approach, possum skin pedagogy, etc.), develop experiences/environments for children aged Birth - 35 months that will help children experience or be exposed to different perspectives, support the development of their identity, or allow their voice to be heard.
Remember that planning for children aged Birth - 35 months will be about setting up environments, providing active experiences, using materials or physical resources, and 1:1 relational activities such as story reading or telling, not about groups of children sitting down to listen to the teacher.  Please do not include craft.
For example, consider what books you might look at with a child (visit a local library to discover titles), what posters to put up, what materials to have in a block corner, home corner, or sandpit, and some of the vocabulary, sentences or questions you might use when interacting with children in these spaces.  Photos, video or illustrations may be used (No children)When considering questions to ask, please make sure your questions are open-ended, and asked in order to discover more about the child, not to test their comprehension.  Don't ask questions you already know the answer to.
