   • briefly discuss workforce challenges facing the chosen sector and the chosen profession in Australia or in a specific Australian State, and then

   • discuss the system-level (national or state-wide) efforts in addressing such challenges, especially in the area of ‘Health workforce capacity building and skills development’.

In addition to explaining the current efforts and policy, more importantly, students need to discuss the adequacy in addressing the workforce challenges and meeting the changing workforce needs of the chosen organisation or health sector and chosen profession.
