3 The COVID-19 pandemic affects the way your company is operating and many of your staffs are currently working from home using digital technology. Although this has been beneficial in many cases, you are facing a new challenge for building and managing virtual teams. Critically analyse the Tuckman’s team development model and explain how it can be adapted to the existing situation. Critically review and discuss the limitation of the model in terms of dealing with the requirements of virtual teams and propose a modified model that addresses the complexity of the virtual environment. 

4 As your company has to change the sectors, the organisational structure should also change to reflect this. It is decided to adopt a matrix organisational structure to addressed changes and improve efficiency too. Critically review the possible challenges and risks of changing organisational structure to a matrix and discuss how you handle these issues. You should evaluate the limitations of matrix structures and analyse the organisational and individual resistance to this change.
