About Venue

These activities include the master plan for the Event. For this Event, the company has selected the venue at a university hall because it has the best location. It is near the main gate of the university. Students and people from outside can quickly assess to this Event. Also, this hall has all the basics needs like a lighting facility, food and drink, and a big size in which almost 1000 people can gather at a time. The Event selects the off time of the university. This allows the students to attend the Event freely. 

 The chief guests for these events are shareholders of this company, four guests, ten outsider guests, and the company's employees attend the Event. The Event includes two speakers to start the Event. The company's owner and shareholders are invited on the stage, and they explain their experiences, difficulties, and success. The team arranges two rooms for a conference hall, one room for significant decision-making situations, and the other room for a board meeting. One Zinger burger + cooldrink is given to each audience, and for the staff, there is a good lunch. The location of this hall is best in the way it has a proper space for parking.
